  • Delivery options
    We offer the following delivery options:
    • Standard, (7-10 working days)
      You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 full working days.

      Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal & provincial holidays within Canada.
      The cost of Standard Shipping is $15 CAD
    • Express, (3-5 working days)
      You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full working days.

      Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal & provincial holidays within Canada.
      The cost of Express Shipping is $50 CAD

      If you do decide to choose this option, your order will arrive in two working days. The order should be received along with the confirmation of the credit authorization no later than 12:00 EST; otherwise we will not be able to process your order until the next working day (working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of the official holidays marked as such in the official calendar.
    *Due to the high volume of requests during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.

    *Delivery times does not include time delays due to customs, and cannot be guaranteed by Tous Canada. All shipping options are not guaranteed as some items may not be in stock and therefore ship from Spain. During the holiday season there maybe delays caused by courier that Tous Canada cannot control.

  • We currently ship across Canada and we ship to Alaska, Hawaii

  • Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
  • No - all customs and import charges are included in the price of the order. However, if taxes and duties have been levied on top of your order, please get in touch with Customer Service for assistance.
  • Has my order been shipped?
  • As soon as your order has been sent out, we will send an e-mail letting you know.
    If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service, and we will look into it.
    If you created an account before you submitted your order, you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking on "Order history". There you can review your past orders and the status of your current order.
    If you did not create an account, or if you signed up after placing your order, you will not be able to see the order status. If your order has not been delivered within the given timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team who will track it down for you.
  • I have received a defective Item
  • We do not want our customers to receive items that are anything less than top quality, so if you believe anything in your order is defective, please get in touch with our Customer Service team straight away. We aim to help you as quickly as possible.
    Please contact us as soon as you discover any defects, so we can help you.
    Please contact Customer Service straight away, with the following information:
    • Your Order Number
    • Product Code/Product Name
    • Details of the defect
     
    Please note: it is IMPORTANT to save both the boxes and their shipping and packaging labels. In the event of an incident, you will be asked to produce them as well as photos of them.
  • I have received an incorrect Item in my order
  • If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.
    Please contact Customer Service right away with the following information:
    • Your Order Number
    • Product Code/Product Name
    Please note: it is IMPORTANT to save both the boxes and their shipping and packaging labels. In the event of an incident, you will be asked to produce them as well as photos of them.
  • An item is missing from my order
  • If the packing slip says an item should be in your package but it is not, please get in touch with Customer Service. Let us know the order number and the product code or product name of the item you wanted and we will look into it.
    We will usually be able to send you the missing item, but on the rare occasion that is not possible, we will quickly reimburse you for it.

  • Do you deliver to work addresses?
  • We certainly do. Parcels will be delivered Monday through Friday.
